What is Community Acupuncture?
At the East West Herzliya Health & Wellness Community Acupuncture, the founder and director, Dr. Aliza Zisman L.Ac is passionate about making acupuncture accessible and affordable and offer a community-based approach. Community acupuncture as it is provided in China is now a new movement around the world to bring affordable and effective acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to all. EWH Wellness Community Acupuncture supports and recognizes group acupuncture and with Dr Zisman’s experience studying in Beijing personally saw how Traditional Chinese Medicine was originally and is still being practiced for over 4,000 years. East West Herzliya is a respected practice with a focus on integrating healing and wellness for both physical and emotional conditions.
Community group acupuncture is affordable!
In the facilitation of balance in the body, heart and mind, acupuncture works best, with regular treatments. By offering acupuncture in a group setting, we can offer lower rates while still providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients.
The shared space component of group treatments can be an enriching experience either among others you don’t know personally or alongside family or friends. This group healing experience facilitates an environment that has the potential to enhance the power of each individual’s treatment.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, you may do so in advance or you may drop in at the scheduled group treatment times during the week. Group sessions are currently offered on Tuesdays 7-9 and Friday 11-1. Please make sure you arrive to your appointment no later than 60 minutes before the end of the group treatment times. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to provide the best access to points. Although we provide music and a quiet relaxing atmosphere, some people also like to bring their own eye mask, ear plugs, headphones or personal listening devices.

With treatments as low as 100 shekel a visit, East West Herzliya Health & Wellness Community Acupuncture offers high-quality, individualized treatment that is calm and supportive. Our clinic has 6 treatment areas, some private and others in a common treatment space has comfortable reclining chairs. The space allows for one-on-one attention at the beginning of your session and relaxation time alongside others during needle retention time. Voices are kept low, and conversation to a minimum to create a tranquil environment. This allows you to deeply relax during your acupuncture session.

In acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Dr Aliza believes in treating the individual, not just the symptom. We spend time with each person to create a customized diagnosis and treatment plan. Treatment may include acupuncture (using thin, sterile, disposable stainless steel needles), ear acupuncture and beads, Chinese herbs, modalities used traditionally in Chinese medicine as well as other modalities used by other alternative therapies. Our tailored approach allows you to receive treatment customized for you & your health needs.
